Very clean hostel. The location is amazing 2 min walking to Bangla Rd. I took a privet room it was great for its value and hygiene. Pear in front disk is amazing so friendly and helpful and also all who works there. The place is secure so you can feel safe. I would repeat my visit.

The hostel was really clean. The people working at the reception were amazing. Pear and Nana were super helpful. They showed me the best and fastest way to get to the airport. They even helped me download and set up an app I needed. They did more than they had to, which saved me a lot of time. They were also very friendly and fun. It made my stay better and I'm really thankful for that. Overall, my time at BearPacker Hostel was fantastic. It’s clean, and the people are really nice. I’d tell anyone going to Patong to stay there. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s a place where the staff make you feel welcome.

First of all, it is a barefoot hostel. Due to that, going to the toilet and the shower was disgusting and my brother even got warts from that! The rooms and beds are not good but also not bad. It is very humid and the blankets feel constantly wet because there is no window. (6 people dorm). You get a fresh towel every 3 days which I did not like because they don't really dry and don't smell good. Of course you can also pay for a fresh towel every day. We had not the feeling that this was a social hostel.

We were nervous to stay in a franchise hostel because we didn't know if it was going to be clean or ran smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised from our small stay. It was centrally located minutes away from Bangla road and Patong beach. The place was clean and very comfortable. The lockers were large so we could fit all of our stuff. The common area with the kitchen, TV, Pool, Bar, and Lounging area was super fun and definitely a bonus when we wanted some down time. I also embarrassingly locked myself out of my locker and the staff was on it right away. We would stay here again!

Rooms.. I chose the private room with shared bathroom,, which is literally matchbox size but no complaints there. It was nice and cosy. No disturbance in the night and good aircon.. I was given 1 towel at check in.. Washrooms were kept as clean as they could .. Nothing much to talk about the service.. Bcos it's a typical hostel.. Location wise it's the best... It's sitting right on the beach with a road separating the two .. A Very small swimming pool,, more like a dip pool and a common area to chill on the 5th floor.. 🍻cheers

I really loved this place the place got a perfect location near to the beach, bus station and few steps from the most popular street. The place got a pool with good view you can watch the sunset from there. The staff was really nice and they helped me a lot and suggested things to they was really helpful. Location was best in town

The rooms are fairly clean — a little bit of dirt in some corners but it’s perfectly manageable as a budget traveller lol. The location is perfect for getting around, with the main road having loads of taxis etc that make it easy to get around anywhere you could need. Loads of food options nearby. Wouldn’t recommend going to Patong beach, it’s crowded and the water isn’t very good!! Maybe try Freedom beach. Anyways, Bearpackers were super helpful in organising a tour for us for the next morning to the Phi Phi islands. The staff are super friendly and the bathrooms are very clean! The pool on the top floor is pretty skinny, but it’s fine for just cooling off.

First timer in a hostel so I don’t have much to compare it to but staff was very helpful and nice ! If you’re a AC person like me it is quite hot in the rooms with the AC they have in the rooms. Bathrooms and rooms were clean. Great place to meet people and it’s really close to all the main places in patong!
